The picture above shows the team after the time trial in 2011 at the World Transplant Games in Gotenberg, Sweden. The world games are held every two years and are our principle target. The next edition, the 22nd, will be on home territory in Newcastle, UK in 2019.

The British Transplant Games are held every year at venues around the country and form part of the selection process for the GB team. In August 2018 they were held in Birmingham, in 2019 they will be in Newport, Wales.

The European Games (the only games to include dialysis patients) are held on a two year cycle avoiding the world games with the last games taking place on the 17th to 24th June in Cagliari, Sardinia. In 2020, the games will be held in Dublin, Ireland.

You will find details of these and the other events we are involved in under the events tab.
